<DIV>I confirmed today with Read Broadhead (secretary for BZA) what I heard last week from Jessie; Bel Rio has dropped the apppeal so they will not be on the today's agenda for BZA appeals. I gather this means they are paying the fine and presumably modifiing their setup to follow zoning requirements (something like not more than 1/8" of floor for performance/music). This will not address noise, parking, traffic, pedestrian, street scape issues so we need to contimue to keep the city aware of our concerns and desire to see changes.</DIV>
