Dear neighbor,
This week the planning commission will be reviewing the re-zoning of 814
Hinton. This has been an important issue to many folks and the decision will
have a direct impact on our neighborhood.
I would like to encourage anyone who has interest in this topic to attend
the Planning Commission Meeting on Tuesday May 12th. The meeting will begin
at 6:30PM in the City Council Chambers.

This weeks BCNA meeting will be deferred to promote attendance of the PC
meeting. The next BCNA meeting will Monday, June 8th. I would like to
continue the conversation regarding "downtown" Belmont, focusing on traffic
and parking issues. These are topics that have had mutual complaints from
business owners and residents. I believe we can come to shared conclusions
on these issues that will give us tangible solutions.

See you Tuesday.

Jesse Fiske
