BCNA Agenda

July 13th, 2009



Downtown Belmont



   1. Noise- A review of noise ordinances from other cities and how sound is
   managed    with buffers and zoning.



   1. Pedestrians- Raised crosswalks, sidewalk repair/re-design, and signs.



   1. Automobiles- Raise awareness of drivers for a high-density pedestrian
   area. Designate loading and  un-loading zones for delivery vehicles.



   1. Parking- Which methods should be applied to better organize
parking?


Meters, permits, enforcement, layout, and shared parking lots are all
possibilities.



This meeting is to prepare for the BCNA meeting to be held on August
4thwith the city.
We will spend 15-20 minutes going over each topic in hopes to get a better
idea of what potential solutions would work for our situation.The downstairs
conference room is available from 7-9PM. We should have plenty of time to go
over everything.
