Attached is an e-mail sent to me from RWSA.
It is a notice of some blasting that will take place on Sept. 9th to remove
rock for the expansion of the waste water treatment plant.


 Mr. Fiske:

Attached please find a notice regarding work activities at the Moores Creek
Wastewater Treatment Plant.  Please circulate the information to the
Belmont-Carlton Neighborhood Association's members.
